GMB Watches and Accessories is a long established specialist watch company appointed by the International Watch Brands based in Auckland and Lower Hutt with full in-house resources including a customer service centre and trained technical staff to handle all manufacturer’s warranties and guarantees. Are these watches parallel imported?

All our watches are imported from our brand suppliers direct from their manufacturing facilities. We do not deal with grey market parallel importers, third parties or offshore websites.

What warranty or guarantee do they have?
Our watches are guaranteed by a 2 Year Limited International Manufacturer’s Warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear for straps or bracelets nor consumable items such as batteries.
I have seen your watch on-line for sale on Trade Me and E-Bay. Will the warranty be honoured in New Zealand by you as the Official Agent?
Only watches sold by Authorised Agents or Official Retailers are covered by the International Manufacturer’s Warranty. Many sales through Trade Me and E Bay are not sourced from the manufacturer or their agents and may be counterfeit, fake, damaged or fitted with non-standard parts.

Could someone help me set the functions on my watch?
